Samsiki Samchon plot

The early 1960s. Kim San graduates from the Korean Military Academy and then goes to the United States to study economics at university. He returns to South Korea with a dream to help transform the country into a major industrial nation. Kim then crosses paths with Park Doo-chill, a shady fixer. He assures Kim that he can make any dream come true. Could it be true? Or is he a devil who draws Kim into political games and turns him into a monster?
