O Rei da TV plot
The year 1988. Silvio Santos, one of the biggest presenters on Brazilian television, is diagnosed with a serious problem with his vocal cords, which left him without a voice. The fear of having to leave the stage brings back memories. Santos thinks back, among other things, to his youth as a street vendor and his struggle for the concession for the TV channel SBT during the military dictatorship.
