Little Boy Blue plot

Eleven-year-old Rhys is hit by a flying bullet after soccer practice. The perpetrator, teenager and gang member Sean Mercer, targeted a rival. While Rhys' parents must find a way to deal with the immense grief, Dave Kelly is put on the police investigation. While there's no doubt about the culprit, Kelly faces a major job trying to capture the intelligence in evidence as well. That is only made more difficult if the suspects work carefully to protect each other.
