Justice plot

Judge Patrick Coburn returns to his childhood hometown of Dovefield in Liverpool to become the incumbent judge of a community justice center. Louise Scanlon is a local investigative reporter who becomes entangled in Coburn's efforts to bring criminal Jake Little to justice. This is anything but easy and Little does not give up without a fight. In addition, Coburn appears to have a rather problematic past and there seems to be a connection between him and the local pastor, Jim Kelly.
