This series is about the staff who work in the Sachsenklinik in Leipzig. Friendship and love relationships arise, but also problems and conflicts. In the beginning, it is mainly the three doctors Dr. Heilmann, Dr. Dietz and Dr. Kreutzer whose friendship is the center of attention. Together they experience the eventful everyday life in the hospital and they also try to cope with their private problems. In addition, there are the ups and downs among the staff.
