Friends Like Her plot
Nicole and Tess meet as backpackers in Thailand. They become friends, end up in the town of Kaikoura, New Zealand, and marry brothers Liam and Rob. Because Tess and Nicole have forged a strong bond in Thailand, Nicole decides to act as a surrogate mother for Tess. Everything goes according to plan until things go terribly wrong between the two women.
