Emily Owens, M.D plot
Emily Owens finally feels like an adult and can leave her school years as a wimpy girl. She is now a medical doctor and has started as an intern at Denver Memorial Hospital. There, she gets the chance to interact with world-renowned cardiologist Dr. Gina Beckett to work. Will Rider also started there as an intern. Emily fell in love with him during medical school. Her nemesis from school, Cassandra Kopelson, has also just started working in the same hospital and it looks like they're full of rivals again. Not only as interns but mainly to get Will's attention.
