Dawson's Creek plot
Dawson's Creek is set in a small village called Capeside. Three friends live in this village: Dawson, Joey and Pacey. They have been best friends since they were five. The friendship changes when a new girl comes to live in the village, the beautiful Jen Lindly. They discover that childhood is over and they have to learn to deal with the problems of puberty... Nice series about young adults pretending to be fifteen year olds. The ages are not credible, but the perils they experience are recognizable to teenagers. The series is pretty good about naive people, but entertaining nonetheless. The texts that the protagonists occasionally utter are anything but realistic for teenagers, but that also makes it pleasant for the somewhat older viewers.
Just look through the goodness and you have a fun and entertaining series about growing teenagers and the daily worries in the lives of these villagers.

Developed and (partly) written by Kevin Williamson, who has quite a bit to his name (unfortunately you can't click on the name here and end up with the other series, but that's what Imdb is for), as a writer or 'developer' '; the original Scream movie (that was before), I know what you did last summer (based on a book), The faculty, Cursed and the series The following, Stalker, The vampire diaries and so this one. Dawson's creek was a guilty pleasure of some sort at the time, but little of it remains even in my memory.
