Blood Drive plot

In the Los Angeles of the future, water is as scarce as oil. Climate change causes it to be even in the shade forty-five degrees. It is a place where crime is so prevalent that only the most serious violent crimes are punished. Arthur Bailey, the last 'good' police officer in LA, is forced to participate in the most dangerous car race in the world: Blood Drive. The drivers are murderous lunatics, and the cars use human blood for fuel.
