9-1-1: Lone Star plot

Owen Strand is a sophisticated firefighter from Manhattan. He is the sole survivor of his station during the September 11, 2001 attack. Familiar with the rebuilding process, he decides to move to Austin with his son to help rebuild a fire station. In addition, he must try to find a balance between rescuing those who are most vulnerable and solving the problems in his own life.
