In the 60s, a new music genre, already revolutionizing the world, pop, arrives in Spain. Maribel Campoy, a 19-year-old girl from the conservatory, sees herself responsible for a new musical brand that will change the rules of the game. In addition to her boss, Guillermo Rojas, and Roberto, a young singer who has discovered the scenarios of El Price's "Matinales", Maribel will shed light on a new way of understanding the musical panorama. Very atmospheric series about the music business in the 1960s in conservative Spain, where the rise of Rock and Roll was not appreciated and where the woman was valued in a box of housewife or at most as a secretary. Homosexuality was punishable and the free youth was dealt with harshly by the police. And in this society, an alcoholic and discarded music magazine tries to start a new music album with a young rock and roll singer together with a female producer. Very nice pictures, nice music and emotional series. I only watch Spanish series to boost my Spanish, but people speak really fast here. Can't be followed. What is also striking, in addition to the hectic speaking, is that the series also processes a lot of information in a short time at a very fast pace. Could have been a little slower and spread over more episodes.
