Uncle Martin plot
A hundred years ago, Martin Heylen's grandparents left for the United States on a Red Star Line migrant boat, chasing their American Dream. Henri, Martin's father, was raised as an American on a ranch in Michigan. After ten years, the adventure ended and the family returned. What Martin did not know is that his grandmother's brothers and sister moved with him at the time and did stay in America. After he recently got his hands on a Red Star Line passenger list, Martin tracked down a family branch with dozens of American blood relatives. During a road trip through the US, Martin - who has only known one brother and a few nephews and nieces his entire life - meets his large American family for the first time.
