In May 2007, three-year-old Madeleine McCann disappeared from the Portuguese holiday resort where she was staying with her family. This missing person has never been fully resolved. Now the German police claim they have made a breakthrough in the case, and know who is responsible for the crime. Two investigative journalists investigate the background of this new suspect.
