Keuringsdienst van Waarde is a consumer television program. The program tries to provide insight into the production of food and other consumer products and aims to bring abuses and alleged abuses to light. By asking simple questions to helplines of producers posing as naive but persistent consumers, the makers sometimes obtain hilarious and/or revealing answers. The name is a corruption of the name of the inspection body Keuringsdienst van Waren.
