In Expedition Unknown, adventurer, archaeologist and broadcaster Josh Gates travels the world to explore recent archaeological discoveries, historical mysteries and fascinating legends. Josh takes an in-depth look at each story and showcases the work of dedicated (field) scientists. Gates not only presents, but because of his thirst for adventure, he actively participates in sometimes quite risky expeditions.
