Zeer spectaculair in beeld gebrachte driedelige documentaire over een expeditie naar Groenland. Bergbeklimmer Alex Honnold is daar voornemens de Ingmikortilaq te beklimmen, een imposante zeeklif die uit de bevroren zee oprijst. Met een team van bevriende klimmers en wetenschappers stippelt hij een uitdagende route uit. De autistische Honnold heeft zich inmiddels ontwikkeld tot een mediapersoonlijkheid van formaat en is ook hier een genot om naar te kijken, ook al zorgt hij binnen zijn team herhaaldelijk voor problemen. Het getoonde gebied in Groenland is van een onaardse schoonheid; alleen daarom is dit al een aanrader.
