Apocalypse: Staline plot

Documentary series about dictator Joseph Stalin. 1917. Georgian Yosif Dzhugashvili helps Lenin bring the Bolsheviks to power in Russia. The civil war is tearing the country apart, the Bolsheviks are sowing fear and terror. Dzhugashvili is Lenin's right-hand man, and later becomes Stalin, 'the man of steel'. He places his Marxist mission above the law. But more than twenty years later, during the winter of 1941, the Germans under Hitler stand at the gates of Moscow.
