Zôka no Mitsu plot

A baby is kidnapped. The police assume that the kidnapping is a straightforward ransom case, but a note from the perpetrator states: "If you want to pay money, you decide how much." Since the kidnapper's intentions are not clear, the police are completely at the mercy of him. Later, two more kidnappings take place and it's up to Detective Hashiba to catch the criminal Ran.
