A typical Läckberg series. The atmosphere, the characters (mostly depressed and sour types), even the music (actually some chords played in succession) are comparable to previous series. The strength of this Strandhotellet also lies in the fact that virtually nothing actually happens, but that it still fascinates you so much that you have to keep watching, up to and including the thick cliffhanger at the end; a second season is definitely coming, given the various open ends. Although it's not a top series, it's just enough for me.
