Noord Zuid plot
After her divorce from Wouter, to whom she was married for 19 years, psychologist Dana van Randwyck moved from Amsterdam-Zuid to a working-class neighborhood in Amsterdam-North. As the team leader of the criminal investigation team, Dana must solve several crimes while trying to get her private life back on track with her 16-year-old daughter Roos.

Fairly standard police series, which fits exactly within what you can expect from the genre today. Too bad it doesn't quite find the right balance between exciting nonsense and serious storylines. Now it seems to want to pursue realism when in fact it is full of far-fetched twists. In addition, the central storyline is actually not interesting enough to carry through the entire season, so there is a forced search for new twists that keep the mystery going. I won't skip a second season, but I hope the script gets a bit stronger then.
