Der Masuren-Krimi plot

Trace researcher Viktoria Wex travels to the Polish town of Pasym, where her uncle Fryderyk, who was a real father figure to her, has been missing for several days. A suicide note to Viktoria indicates that he took his own life voluntarily, but when she finds the body of an unknown man in the basement of Fryderyk's house, the family affair turns into a crime investigation. Some time later, a skinned bison is found in the forests of Masuria, trapped by professional poachers. Another thing to sort out.
