The ruthless Mayor Tom Kane sits like a spider in the center of Chicago's power. But what nobody knows is that Kane has a big secret. His trusted advisors Kitty O'Neill and Ezra Stone know better than to ask. Kane's wife Meredith knows nothing about it. The only one who could expose the truth is Emma, Kane's estranged daughter. This will be Kane's toughest term as mayor.
