Work in Progress plot

Abby, a 45-year-old self-proclaimed fat, weird lesbian from Chicago, is faced with a series of unfortunate events. She blames herself for the fact that her therapist dies during a session, she has no children, she lives with fears she can't explain and struggles to get her life back on track. Then she comes face to face with Julia Sweeney with whom she develops a lively relationship.
