What's Happening!! plot

'What's Happening!!' depicts the lives of three African-American teenagers living in Watts, Los Angeles. Roger 'Raj' Thomas, Dwayne Nelson and Dee Thomas must grow up in the harsh realities of their deprived Los Angeles neighborhood while dealing with issues of friendship, money, school and love. They regularly meet at the local restaurant Rob's Place.
