Veep plot

Former Senator Selina Meyer, divorcee with a daughter, is vice president of the United States and has a tense relationship with the president, partly due to her frustrations at how little influence she has and the frustrations of her employees. Very successful, this. I had feared that I would find it bland, or at some point predictable, but Veep is fast, smart and (as a result) often just plain witty. Nice surprise, in short, I will definitely look further.
