The Bear plot

We follow Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, a young chef who comes from the world of fine dining. After a heartbreaking death within his family, he returns to his hometown of Chicago to run the family-owned sandwich shop, "The Original Beef of Chicagoland." In S2, sandwich shop The Beef is gradually transformed into restaurant The Bear. Although Carmy & co set the bar extremely high, it still remains a wonderful mess of disorder. It is compelling to see how certain characters are explored in more depth and undergo strong development in that chaotic process. The absolute highlight is the famous Christmas episode - a dysfunctional family depicted in optimal form. S2 goes a little more in depth in terms of drama, but fortunately does not lose its sense of humor.
