Man about the House plot

Chrissy and Jo are two single girls in their early twenties who rent a floor from married couple George and Mildred Roper. They are looking for a replacement for their departed co-tenant, to be able to pay the rent. A young man, Robin, approaches the advertisement. George in particular has major problems with a boy moving in with two ladies. After some deliberation, Jo and Chrissy agree with Robin, also because he is studying to be a chef - and can therefore cook just fine. Together they go through a lot and try to hide all kinds of naughty pranks from the Ropers.
