Familie Backeljau plot
De Familie Backeljau tells the story of a pleasantly disturbed marginal family and their friends living in Antwerp. We follow the life of François (Cois) Backeljau, a stereotypical family man, his wife Maria and their two young adult children Franky and Sabrina. And then there's the pleasantly deranged grandmother, Therese, better known as the grandma, and her dog Blacky.

Flat, not immediately intellectually high, cinematic certainly nothing special. But oh so funny, the life of this rather marginal family from Antwerp. With a special star role for Luk Wyns, who takes on various roles and performs them all equally well.
