Bad Monkey plot

Andrew Yancy is working as a police detective in Miami when he is fired. He goes to South Florida and becomes a health inspector who deals with restaurants. When tourists fish a severed arm out of the water, Andrew thinks he can get his job back if he solves the mystery. Soon he finds himself in a world of greed and corruption that ravages the land and environment in both Florida and the Bahamas.
