Daria plot
The smart and cynical Daria struggles through her teenage years as a proud, self-confessed misfit in a world where she is confronted daily with what she sees as mostly idiotic, empty-headed peers, who are only interested in popularity and the latest trends. No adult knows how to handle her and the accompanying sarcasm. Despite the fact that something in her wants to belong as much as everyone else, she enjoys this misunderstanding immensely.
