Doctor Who plot

Doctor Who revolves around a 900-year-old alien who calls himself the 'Doctor'. He looks human, but is actually a runaway Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey. Long ago, the Time Lords made time travel possible. They designed a special machine for this called TARDIS (an acronym for Time And Relative Dimension In Space). His job is to save the universe and the earth from dangerous creatures like Daleks and Cybermen.
