Strong final battle. One of the best b-series I know. This season the effects were better and the battles more extensive.

I wasn't a fan of adding Julius Caesar, which seems historically incorrect to me. Although the series is exaggerated, there are many true events in it. Think of the Romans who had to fight as gladiators after the death of Crixus or how Crassus made the Romans punish or the how a moat was filled with corpses.

It seems to me that Spartacus killed as many Romans and gladiators as in the series, but he was certainly a great strategist who made it difficult for the great Roman Empire.

Spartacus: War of The Damned is the final season of the Spartacus series. Anyone who knows history knows where it ends and therefore understands why it is called war of the damned. I personally thought this was the worst season because of the lack of Glaber. That had already been dealt with last season, but with that Spartacus also lost his nemesis. This made the sting a bit off. He is a great ending to the series.
