Cha Mu-sik runs a casino bar, but then flees to the Philippines due to a crackdown by the national tax authorities. With his excellent adaptability and guts, Mu-sik starts over and strategizes to win over the political and business world in the Philippines. However, he is suddenly suspected of Min Seok-jun's murder and is tracked down by Oh Seung-hoon of the Korean Bureau. Treason is rampant in the presence of money. Who sits last on the throne?
