Indian Predator: The Diary of a Serial Killer plot

When a young, beloved journalist goes missing in Allahabad, India, the entire community comes together to uncover the truth. In the process, they find an unlikely suspect - Raja Kolander, the husband of a petty local politician. Just when the police thought the case was closed, they find a diary with a list of 13 names, along with those of the dead journalist and indications of cannibalism.
