From the mid-1970s to the mid-1980s, more than twenty serial killers terrorized Los Angeles. They were hunted down by a group of dedicated detectives from the LAPD's Robbery Homicide Division. At that time, there was no DNA technology, so only the well-known traditional methods were available to track down and catch the biggest criminals in California history. From the Hillside Strangler to the Freeway Killer, from the Skid Row Stabber to the Tool Box Killers, from the Dating Game Killer to the Sunset Strip Killers, evil was everywhere. But so were the tough detectives who worked around the clock to get them.
