Restaurant Misverstand plot

Dieter Coppens opens a restaurant with staff diagnosed with young-onset dementia. Not everything runs smoothly, but making mistakes can't hurt in this restaurant. Because of their illness, people with young-onset dementia often have to deal with incomprehension. In addition, they are often forced to stop working, which puts a dent in their self-confidence. Restaurant Misverstand wants to change that: by showing the outside world what they can still do. Of course, not everything will run smoothly, because no employee already has experience in the hospitality industry. But making mistakes can't hurt in this restaurant.
