Recipes for Love and Murder plot
Tannie Maria is a culinary columnist for the Karoo newspaper in South Africa. Her column is increasingly turning into a place for general opinions, especially about love. Increasingly, the difficulties of the people she tries to help remind her of her own past, especially with a woman who wants to leave an abusive man and asks for help in this. When this woman is found murdered, Tannie Maria and her young fellow journalist Jessie become increasingly involved in the investigation.
