Pan Tau plot

Pan Tau himself is an ever friendly smiling, very elegant, good-natured gentleman in a Stresemann suit with a bowler hat, umbrella and a white carnation in the buttonhole. And Pan Tau can do magic. Tapping his bowler hat can make him grow big or small, or make things happen. Pan Tau does not speak. Instead, he communicates in a pantomime-like manner with mostly children. He rarely shows himself to the adults.
