Himmelsdalen plot

Helena "Hel" invites her estranged twin sister Siri to an exclusive residential sanatorium in the idyllic Italian Alps. Tension quickly builds, as Hel refuses Siri's plea to switch places for a few days. The next day Siri is gone. Hel soon realizes that Siri isn't coming back and that this clinic is anything but a place to recuperate.
