When a video is posted online of a mysterious man killing two kittens, internet users worldwide rush into action to find the culprit. The animal executioner feels encouraged by all the attention and posts even more disturbing videos, eventually turning into murder. But on the internet there is one unwritten rule, rule 0: Don't fuck with cats.

Wat een goede docu zeg....super spannend. Aan de ene kant zit je vol met woede te kijken hoe iemand zo kan zijn, maar aan de andere kant wil je weten hoe dit verder loopt. Ja ik snap de hype wel.......

What a good documentary.... super exciting.

On the one hand you are filled with anger to see how someone can be like this, but on the other hand you want to know how this goes on.

Spannend van van het begin tot het einde. Deze documentairereeks is vooral interessant wanneer je geen enkel detail weet over dit waargebeurde verhaal, zoals ik dat had. Ik had geen idee of de dader opgespoord zou worden en of hij opgepakt werd. Als je dat allemaal wel in detail weet, is de serie wellicht ook niet zo boeiend. Enige minpunt vind ik dat het allemaal iets te overdreven opgezet is, zoals we met Amerikaanse documentaires gewend zijn.

Exciting from start to finish. This documentary series is especially interesting when you don't know any detail about this true story, as I did. I had no idea if the culprit would be tracked down and if he was arrested. If you know all that in detail, the series may not be that exciting either. The only downside I think is that it is all a bit too exaggerated, as we are used to with American documentaries.

Aanvankelijk bizar en intrigerend, maar na de eerste aflevering begint deze driedelige documentaire-reeks langzaam af te zakken naar een bedenkelijk niveau. Deels ligt dat aan de betrokkenen; een aantal van hen zijn amper serieus te nemen, terwijl anderen zichzelf juist weer veel te serieus nemen, maar de opzet van het geheel ontstijgt eigenlijk nergens het niveau van roddeljournalistiek. Het verhaal dat zich langzaam ontvouwt mag dan bijzonder zijn- deze documentaire is dat in ieder geval niet.

Bizarre and intriguing at first, but after the first episode, this three-part documentary series slowly begins to descend to a dubious level. This is partly due to those involved; some of them can hardly be taken seriously, while others take themselves way too seriously, but the set-up of the whole thing never exceeds the level of gossip journalism. The story that slowly unfolds may be special, but this documentary certainly isn't.
