Lucifer plot
Lucifer is the charming, charismatic and handsome fallen angel from hell. The disgruntled ruler of Hell renounces his title and leaves his kingdom for the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. There he soon finds the thrill he was looking for by assisting the Los Angeles Police Department in punishing criminals. But the longer he is away from the underworld, the greater the threat becomes that the worst of human history may escape.

Very relaxed series with an excellent Tom Ellis in the title role as the narcissistic Lucifer. Each time I fell from one surprise after another with this series. The dialogues are sharp. The humor is great and the series contains enough tension on all fronts. In addition, the excellent soundtrack should not go unmentioned.
At first glance it may seem like formula work, but the excellent execution and a serious underlay make this a particularly strong first season.
I've been through this first season in record time and I'm very curious how it will continue!

Even though I sometimes started to doubt whether I really liked it and whether I actually enjoyed it, I still binged all the seasons at breakneck speed! With pleasure! This is a very entertaining and very creative soap opera. In a year or so, I might want to watch this series again and vote by season.
There are a few elements in it that are truly bonkers to me as a believing Christian. The battles that heavenly beings wage with each other in the so-called heaven: if you start fighting, it seems to me that you don't have a heavenly mindset. Then you are not a heavenly being. And the idea that God might be temporarily unavailable. Very strange. But those ideas don't spoil the fun for me.
