Turbo Teen plot

Teen Brett Mathews runs off the road during a thunderstorm to a secret government facility for shelter. There Brett is hit by a laser. The laser now allows Brett to transform into a sports car. When Brett gets warm, he transforms into a sports car. When Brett cools down again, he changes back to his own form. Together with his two friends and a dog, he solves various mysteries.
