The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles season 2

Action/Adventure and history should be added as genres, because that's precisely the underlying theme: the historical developments in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States during the first three decades of the last century. Indiana Jones gets involved in just about everything that happened during that time and meets just about everyone who played any significant role. And that's a treat for anyone who knows anything about that history and also enjoys exciting stories that quickly show everything from the trenches of World War I to the gangster wars in Prohibition-era Chicago, all of it cinematically flawless and shot on location. Now that's something. I enjoyed it.

But I have to add something. There are two versions: the 28-episode series released in the early 1990s, the so-called "Chronicles," and the 22-episode feature-length series released in 2002, called "The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones." And there are quite a few differences between them. I couldn't find the first series anywhere, so I watched the second, which apparently hasn't been added here. The second series follows a more chronological timeline and is therefore easier to follow.
