Fireman Sam plot

Sam the firefighter lives in the seaside town of Pontypandy. Led by Commander Steele, he and his colleagues Elvis and Penny spring into action in the event of a fire or emergency, sometimes aided by helicopter pilot Tom. More than once, the fire brigade has to turn out at the hands of Norman Price, an enterprising boy who often gets into trouble but doesn't mean it badly.
