Thermae Romae Novae plot

Lucius Modestus, an ancient Roman architect, is looking for a job because he has trouble coming up with new ideas. As his demeanor and personality darken, his friends try to take him to a bathhouse to help him relax. Unable to relax in the bubbling and overcrowded bath, Lucius plunges his head into the water. Down there, he finds a secret tunnel that leads him to a modern Japanese bathhouse, giving him the inspiration he needed to create a new creation.
