Frank Jansen and Rogier Smit help owners of bed and breakfasts, for which the future looks rather bleak for all kinds of reasons, such as bad reviews, economic hardship or just plain bad luck. During the introductory visit, they look at what is wrong, which is why so few people come to stay. Frank and Rogier also sleep at the location. Together with the owners, they make a plan and take care of the renovation and restyling of the rooms. The owners also receive help and tips from an expert to better promote the b&b.
