The motives and murders I find very strong in this season.. in particular the four horsemen of the apocalypse came from a macabre stable, and I like that. For the rest, well. Colin Hanks is acting like a sack of hay (it could be worse than his father) and the twist at the end is also not really original anymore.

Apart from the ending, I thought this was one of Dexter's lesser seasons. The biggest reason for this are the two disappointing villains. Besides the fact that it was slightly over the top for this series, I think the characters are poorly portrayed. Colin Hanks in particular does not convince me. Debra is slowly developing as my favorite character.
