Leuke 80's-early 90's politie serie over een experimentele unit met jong uitziende undercover cops die tegen criminele tieners optreden onder leiding van de streng maar rechtvaardige captain Adam Fuller (Steve Williams). Een van de agenten, Tom Hansen, werd gespeeld door Johnny Depp toen hij nog geen vreemde alcoholist was. Verder had je ook vele nu zeer bekende acteurs en actrices in gastrollen zoals Brad Pitt, Josh Brolin, Vince Vaughn, Sherilyn Fenn, Kelly Hu en Jada Pinkett. De thema's waren divers van drugs, geweld, discriminatie, prostitutie, incest, tienerzwangerschap, anorexia en AIDS. Je ziet ook de verandering van de typische 80's punkcultuur naar de urban (hood)cultuur van de jaren 90. Zelfs in de verandering in die hoodcultuur zie je duidelijk. Van de opzichtige Run DMC style (old school Adidas-trainingspakken, high topsneakers en grote kettingen) naar de meer Gangsta style die later ondermeer door rappers als NWA en Cypres Hill werd gedragen. Deze serie is daarom vooral een nostalgie want behoorlijk gedateerd. Hij kijkt overigens nog steeds prima weg omdat puberproblemen van alle tijden zijn en eigenlijk ook altijd hetzelfde. De kleding, muziek,kapsels, auto's en apparatuur veranderen maar mensen en hun problemen niet.

This series is therefore mainly a nostalgia because quite dated. Incidentally, he still looks away fine because adolescent problems are of all times and actually always the same.
