The Hero of the Hour plot
Billy Brooks, showing quite an effeminate personality, leaves his father, a Wall Street tycoon. Billy decides to set out as a perfume salesman. In an effort to cure his son of his feminine ways, Brooks Sr. an old friend, the farmer Nebeker, about to kidnap Billy from the train and "make a man out of him."
