The Devil Wears Spurs plot

After murdering his brother and burying him in a desert haunted by evil spirits, Max McCoy returns to Red Sands, Texas with a fortune in stolen gold and a heavy conscience. He uses his newly amassed fortune to win over the populace and impress his brother's betrothed. His plan to settle down is shattered when he begins to suspect that his brother's ghost has risen from the grave to avenge itself. Do the dead revive, or does paranoia turn to madness?
